The Origin

Why GRILZO exists.

India eats out 100 million times a day. Yet most food entrepreneurs still operate with paper notebooks, gut-feel pricing, and a single landlord who can end the dream with a notice.

We started GRILZO in 2024 with a different premise: what if a food business was launched, run and grown like a tech-enabled product? What if the cart shipped pre-instrumented, the supply chain was negotiated for you, and the marketing was a playbook — not a guess?

What if the people who ran the kitchen kept their dignity, their margin, and their evenings? What if expansion wasn't a leap — it was a checklist?

That's the brand. That's the system. That's why we wake up at 6am to ship more carts, more code, and more partner success.
