Section 01The three variants.

Every site is different. Every catchment is different. We've engineered three cart variants — Street King, Mall Kiosk Pro and Express Tower — each tuned to a specific set of conditions.

We don't sell variants — we recommend them. Site survey, footfall pattern and city tier drive the right choice for your specific opportunity.

Section 02Frame & finish.

The cart frame is built for monsoons, summers, heat and abuse. Nothing in our build is "domestic-grade" — every component is specified for commercial-duty cycles.

  • Frame. 304-grade stainless steel, fully welded, 2mm wall thickness on structural members.
  • Backing. Marine-ply panels, food-safe sealants, no exposed MDF.
  • Wrap. Powder-coated outer skin, then heat-resistant brand vinyl, then UV-stable laminate.
  • Counter. Quartz-composite work surface — heat, knife, and acid-tolerant.
  • Wheels (where applicable). 6-inch heavy-duty caster, two with locking brakes.

Section 03Electrical & gas.

Electrical

  • 16 A and 32 A loops, separately fused
  • 30 mA RCBO and surge protection at the inlet
  • Loop-tested earthing, third-party audited
  • UPS for POS and KOT (90-min runtime)

Gas

  • Double-shut LPG with auto-cutoff sensors
  • Solenoid valve linked to fume detection
  • Annual third-party gas audit, free for tenure

Every cart ships pre-instrumented. Out of the box, here's what's installed and connected:

Tablet POS

10-inch hardened tablet, GRILZO POS pre-loaded, connected to the network.

Thermal printer

80mm receipt printer, network and Bluetooth.

KOT screen

Kitchen-side display showing live tickets and prep times.

Customer display

Counter-facing screen with live cart number, queue and rating prompts.

Payment terminal

Contactless + UPI + card, integrated with POS, no separate device.

4G fallback

Built-in connectivity backup — service never goes down because the wifi did.

Section 06Certifications.

  • FSSAI-compliant build, signed by an empanelled food-safety consultant
  • Fire safety tested to IS 12349, with extinguisher and blanket included
  • Electrical audit by IE-empanelled engineer; certificate handed at delivery
  • Gas leakage audit before commissioning
  • Hygiene grading: A-grade kitchen build standard from day one

Section 07Service & warranty.

  • Frame & build. 24-month warranty on welds, wraps, paint and structural integrity.
  • Equipment. 12-month warranty on commercial appliances, extendable.
  • POS & tablets. 24-month warranty, replacement-on-failure SLA.
  • Service network. 48-hour SLA in serviced cities; remote diagnostics on most issues within 4 hours.
