Section 04The Outlet Asset Schedule.
Within 30 days of outlet commissioning, you receive an Outlet Asset Schedule (Annexure A of your agreement) listing every asset deployed against your specific outlet — make, model, serial number where applicable, valuation, and depreciation treatment.
This schedule sits at the core of the early-exit calculation. The buy-back deduction (₹50,000–₹75,000) is anchored against unrecovered cart-fabrication and onboarding costs from this schedule, not a discretionary number.
