Section 01Programme overview.

The GRILZO delivery partner programme onboards riders directly to GRILZO carts — for in-house delivery and last-mile from central kitchens. Riders earn per delivery plus performance incentives, with full insurance cover.

Section 02Onboarding & KYC.

  1. Download GRILZO Rider app, sign up with phone
  2. Aadhaar + PAN + driving licence verification
  3. Bike registration & insurance proof
  4. 2-day on-site induction at the assigned hub
  5. Brand kit (helmet, jacket, delivery bag) issued at hub
  6. First delivery within 72 hours of application
Hard requirement

No rider rolls without verified KYC and brand kit. The customer experience starts with how the rider arrives.

Section 03The route engine.

The route engine is built for two metrics: customer ETA and rider km/hour earnings. Both go up with the right routing.

Cluster batching

2–3 orders within a 1.5 km radius batched into a single run.

Live re-routing

Traffic-aware rerouting on the fly — built on local map data.

Hot-zone surge

Riders earn surge multiplier in busy zones during peak windows.

Idle-time queue

Rest spots tagged in the app, with food-and-drink stops near hubs.
