Section 04Logistics & setup.
The mobile rigs are designed for fast setup and minimal venue disruption.
- Site visit 7 days before event (within 50 km radius)
- Equipment list shared with venue and event manager
- Setup window: 4 hours before guest arrival
- Service window: as per the run-sheet
- Tear-down: 2 hours, leaving venue cleaner than received
Most setups run on event-supplied power. We bring backup batteries and gas where needed — disclosed during the site visit.
Section 05Permits & compliance.
- FSSAI mobile-grade certification carried on rig
- Event-specific food permits coordinated by GRILZO
- Venue compliance checklist filed pre-event
- Allergy disclosure for menu items
- Insurance — public liability cover for the event window
Section 06Pricing & billing.
Pricing is per-guest with package floors. Custom menus add a flat per-guest premium. All quotes are GST-inclusive proforma invoices.

Section 07How to book.
- Submit event brief via the contact form (date, guests, venue, format)
- Receive proposal within 24 hours, including packages and per-head price
- Confirm with 30% advance and signed event order
- Site visit, run-sheet, menu freeze — 7 days before
- Event day — we arrive, set up, serve, tear down
