Every cart's primary operator goes through a 14-day on-site boot-camp at your own cart. The format alternates between classroom and live shifts.

Section 02Certifications.
Six certifications are mandatory before a cart can open. They are renewed on a quarterly cycle.

A cart will not be cleared for grand opening if any operator is missing certification. Ever.
Section 03FSSAI & food safety.
FSSAI is non-negotiable. We hand-hold every partner through the registration:
- State licence application (online, with HQ assistance)
- Site inspection coordination
- Food handler training enrolment
- Annual returns filing reminder & assistance
- Renewal calendar built into the dashboard
Section 04GST & tax readiness.
The cart issues GST invoices from day one. Onboarding includes:
- GST registration assistance
- HSN/SAC code mapping in the POS
- E-invoicing setup if turnover threshold applies
- Monthly return reminders via the dashboard
- Recommended CA panel — partner is free to use their own
Section 05Labour & HR.
Cart operations typically employ 2–5 staff. Compliance basics are mandatory:

Section 06Re-certification.
Quarterly re-certification keeps standards from drifting. It's not punishment — it's discipline.
- Quarterly: 30-min refresher + practical drill
- Annual: full operator re-certification (3 days)
- Triggered: re-cert after any major audit failure
